Today I am grateful for my yoga practice. Having arthritis in my lower back makes many forms of exercise uncomfortable, but it’s precisely the reason I need to do it. After attempting many different things I found yoga.
I always expected that yoga would benefit me physically – and it does – but I never anticipated the spiritual healing it brings. No matter how wound up I am beforehand, my yoga practice brings me to a place of peace and calm, where I feel balanced and centred. Tonight’s practice was no exception.
